This page explains what information Mobile.Clinic collects when you visit this website, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do. We wrote it to be read on a phone.

This website is run by OnRequest Louisville LLC. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean that company. Mobile.Clinic is the program name.

What we collect

What you type into our forms. Our forms ask for your name, email address, phone number and a message. The Start Your Program form also asks who you are and where you want to serve, so we can point you to the right next step. The existing-clinic support form asks about your organization and what is not working. Only fill in what you are comfortable sharing.

Your newsletter sign-up. If you tick the box on our blog and give your email address, we add you to our newsletter list.

Chat messages. The chat button on this site opens a chat window. Whatever you type there reaches us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit, tools on this site record things like the pages you view, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, the website that sent you here, and an approximate location based on your internet address. These tools use cookies, which are small files your browser stores.

Please do not send health information. This website is not the place for it. Do not put your own or anyone else's medical details in a form or the chat. If you do, we will use it only to answer you.

How we use it

We use what we collect to:

send you the one-page handout or other information you asked for
send you the newsletter, if you signed up
see which pages help visitors and fix the ones that do not
measure whether our advertising reaches people who are interested

Cookies and the tools on this site

A cookie is a small file your browser keeps so a website can remember you. This site uses cookies from Wix, which hosts the site, and from the tools below.

Wix. Wix runs the site. It sets cookies that keep pages working, remember your session and help us understand traffic. It also processes our forms and chat.

Google Analytics. Counts visits and shows us how people move through the site. It is run by Google.

Google Tag Manager. A tool that loads our other measurement tags. It is run by Google.

Meta pixel. A small piece of code from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It tells us when someone who came from a Meta ad visits the site, and it can be used to show our ads to people who have visited. Wix may also pass certain visit events to Meta from its own servers.

You can control cookies. Your browser lets you block or delete them. You can also use Google's opt-out tools for Analytics and the ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account. If you block cookies, some parts of the site may not work.

Who we share it with

We share information with the companies that help us run the site and reach people:

Wix, for hosting, forms, chat and email alerts to us
Google, for Analytics, Tag Manager and the Google Workspace email that delivers our mail
Meta, for the pixel and ad measurement

These companies handle information under their own privacy policies. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@mobile.clinic and tell us what you want. We will answer, and we may need to confirm it is really you before we act.

To stop the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in any issue, or email us.

Depending on where you live, the law may give you more rights. If you think yours apply, say so in your email.

Children

If you believe a child has sent us information, email hello@mobile.clinic and we will delete it.

Security and changes

No website can promise perfect security.

We may update this policy. When we do, we change the effective date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
